lapierre hobby releaser update!!

So with the redesign of the hoby extractor/ releaser the whatever its called vacuum relif valve button...what the the float hits in order for the flap to open to let out the sap thing sticks closed backing up the sap into the manifold so I lubbed it up and seemed to be ok for a little while then started to back up again. So I taped on a nickel and worked a little better but needed a bit more weight so added a penny and now it works perfectly!!!

Typical sugar maker didnt have 2 nickels to rub together so he used a nickel and a penny..............SAD so SAD. But I bet you have $100 worth of fishing weights in the truck but heck they are important:)

you said it brother!!!! too bad I didn't do much fishing this past year beacuse I was doing maple stuff in my free time!!! Did I just say free Time ...yeah right!!!:lol:
