We are tapped and tanks go out this friday to be ready. Looking at weather we may even get the evaporators a little dirty this weekend and make some syrup and see if there are any issues we need to deal with. I put in 60 taps this weekend and collected 90 + gal. I think later this week will slow down with the weather.
