Tapped trees in Kingston RI on Feb 7, 2010. 200 taps in Norway maples. No sap until 2/15, everything frozen solid. Collected 140 gals on 2/15 and boiled for the first time. Sap is running today 2/17 and looks to be good for the next 5 days or so. Kingston Syrup
