I'm building my own ro and i have a couple questions for some of you that have some experience. when you rinse are you actually reversing the flow or pushing the peremate same way as you would concentrate. what is the pressure for rinsing I'm using NF 270 thanks any help will be appreciated

A rinse is not a back flush, same direction as when you concentrate. Mine doesn't rinse under high pressure.

Mine has a valve that I switch from concentrate to wash. I haven't looked at the plumbing to it to see what it bypasses though. I only run my feed pump when washing and I believe that the recirculation pump runs as well.

I just set it up and let it go. I think the infeed pump pressure hits about 35.

I wash and at whatever the feed pump produces for pressure. It's not adjustable. Mine is around 65psi with a clean prefilter.
