Last minute Thrash!!!!

Man, last minute thrash to get everything done!!!!!

scrub the tanks, clean out the sugar house stack the wood, boil the filter......

tapping on wednesday morning (maybe 100 or so tues)...gotta be ready!!!!

so just about done with everything. Still a few more odds and ends to do. taped about 90 or so taps and some trees are running a little even though its only 31F here and snowing like crazy. gonna try to get the remainder of the trees done tomorrow about 210 more to go. and get that vac fired up.

OH MAN!!! hopeing to fire up the evap on thurdsay!!! should be a good run coming up here wed, thrs, Fri.

fired up our 30" x 8' evaporator for the first time today to make sure all runs proper.
Everything went well.
Should hopefully be tapping begining of next week
