2 x 4 with Flues

Wondering if anyone has or is currently boiling on a 2 x4 with flues. I currently have a 2 x 4 flat bottom with 3 dividers and was wondering about a 2x4 with raised flues possibly for next year.

We have a homemade 2X4 flat pan that has a 18" X 24" divided front section in it. This year we made 8 drop flues and welded them into the rear section of the pan. Hoping for more than the 15 gal. per hour we got last year. Can't wait to try it out.

I have a 2x4 with raised flues with small home made preheater I run a fairly consistent 20 gals an hour

hurdmaple, Is the raised flue pan homemade or just the preheater? Got any pictures?

Where did you get your raised flue from?

It was a used one that came from bascoms. I think it is a maple pro I have used it for a couple of years and wish it would grow into a 2x6 before the season starts.
