Okay, for the record, I am in favor of the new grading standards. But this thread is not for debating the pros and cons.

I read something in another thread where a producer said they'd start calling their maple syrup "pancake sauce". I am still laughing at that name. I am actually laughing as I type this. What else can we come up with?

I humbly offer: breakfast mustard.
