Cleaning used tanks

I just purchased 200 gal. square poly tanks on pallets which held Coca Cola flavouring syrup. What is the best way to clean them to get rid of the flavours/odours?

One of the best things to wash those plastic tanks is sold in wine makeing stores. It's made to clean off flavours from plastic so you don't mess up the next batch and its fairly cheap for enough to wash out one of those tanks.
