shipping Methods

I have a potential customer in Florida. They have sold some of out syrup and now are calling for shipping of 30+ quarts and other sizes.
Does anyone have a shipping method that they trust and of course cost effective?
I have contacted the basics, post office, fed-ex, etc.
Just looking for any better ideas.

I have always shipped post on small orders and UPS on larger, however the biggest I have shipped to one address is 6x 1/2 gal in one case if memory serves me. Just get the weight and get an exact cost, add for handling (packing, shipping carton and time to get it shipped). Tell the customer the exact cost up front and be sure not to give it away. As for trusting, tell the customer you suggest insurance just in case.
