I need 15 feet of 1 1/8 inch tubing(somewhat flexible) for the bilge pump I bought. I have seen 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch but no 1 1/8. Should I put a 90 at the pump? 3 foot leads and 4 foot drums so need to find water proof splice for wires.

If you ask any electrician he can get you a water proof splice for the wire. Use them all the time when we change out submersible water pumps. As to a flexible hose and 1 1/8 if you don't find it use 1 inch and heat the end a bit and slip over the fitting.

Trailguy you can look in Home Depot or any harware store. Just go to the well pump section. They have heat shrink splicing to connect the wires submersed in the well. Why cant you just reduce or increase the diameter you need with some fittings on the pump. You can also look at boat supply places for the hoses. Worst case scenario do as Ken suggest or a few wraps of tape around the bilge pump and a good hose clamp wil get you by.

How about using 1" or 1-1/4" and using a fernco fitting? A 1" fernco could probably work on a 1-1/8" pipe.

Bilge pumps take that special 1 1/8 hose. It is white and looks like swimming pool hose Home Depot has it.

Probably clamp it down to fit on 1" fittings.
