8" in line fans

8" in line fnas at home depot run $30. Will they stand up to the steam or burn out quick? I figure 2 of those may do the trick too.

Yes, I have had too much free time on my hands today to be on this site, and brainstorming ideas about how to get steam out of my shack.

I don't think they will work very well, and doubt they will last long in that environment. You want low speed high volume air flow.

You would probably be better off with a simple box fan from Walmart, and that may suffer from the moisture as well.
