I was looking for a photo on here someone posted like a year or more back of Patricks evaporator with the crossflow pan that had the same side reverse flow syrup pan, open one valve , close the other, very simple, I think it might of been in Ohio. I wanted to look at it again , but I'm not able to find it. If you do post it up here. Thanks
