Well my sugaring course is final and slated for 2 days- Feb 20 and March 6. Both 9-12. This is a very basic "backyarder" type of course- covering the important things to get people in to the hobby. thats the goal. It will be held at Wolfesneck farm in Freeport. It looks like they are charging a small fee but it may include a book and a few other things I had in mind.

In any event, if you have some new folks who want to get in to the hobby, have them visit the website. I also think it will be in the local papers.

p.s. I have no connection to the farm other than they are in my community and I am looking for a way to give back some education. Why not do it on making syrup???

Sounds like an interesting event... I was reading another one of your posts about bees and I know of a course offered in Lewiston...
