warm weather in NE ohio

drilled one hole today and sap instantly began to run but im afraid its to early

most people around here have ants in there pants . but with the weather coming this week i'm not worried at all . i still have some work in the sugar house to finish before i can tap anyways .will be ready and wait on feb 1 but will see what the weather is doing then .

Im in no hurry either still have a lot to do installing new evaporator and im glad next week is turning back to cold it will give me more time to finish also have some tubeing to finish,a few more days and ill be ready.
