Homemade Releaser?

Anybody have any ideas out there for a simple homade releaser? I was just able to locate an old vacuum pump from a farmer and need a simple releaser. Would like to try and set up a "crude" system for this year.

A big old vacuum tank or a small tank doesnt matter.......your done

Was the pump still in the milking parlor when you got it? If it was he might still have the milk receiver jar hanging around.
