Just a reminder that on Tuesday, January 12th, there is a webinar on beginner maple syrup production. It is presented by Penn State. I believe it will be geared toward those looking to make syrup and novices looking to learn more about the process. The web site is listed below. You must register if you want to attend it live. You can view it later, at any time without registering.

I don't remember if someone mentioned this before but, Cornell Univ. has been offering these type of webinars for a few years. This past fall they hosted one titled "The sweet side of Maple - is Maple syrup production an option for your woodlot". I just viewed it yesterday. Someone looking to expand into selling sap or syrup would be interested. It covered the business side of making Maple Syrup wether retail or wholesale. It was very interesting. It was about 1 hour long. You don't need to register to view it either. They have a lot of previous webinars listed on the site. Anyone with an interest in forestry may want to check it out. This is the site.

Happy viewing and sorry if this was a duplicate.
