Toffee

Does anyone have a recipe using maple for toffee. What is the temperature?

It can be made as a lot of the roadside stands advertise tire which is french for taffy up here. I have the recipe for sugar on snow which is the same thing just a bit softer but it reccomends to use sucurvert to keep it for going to cyrstal .
