And a Merry Christmas and holiday season to all from the UVM Proctor Maple Research Center as well. We certainly enjoy working with all the folks in the maple industry, whether the hobbiest just starting out or the commerical producer with thousands of taps, or the packer that buys your syrup. Thank you for your interest in and support of our work. Most of all, best wishes for a happy, healthy, and productive year to come. Hope to see some of you at the upcoming maple meetings. Stop me and say hi.
