Try Caplan Co. right there in Waterford. Might not have the containers like B.K. but I bet they have the littles shot glass size plastic cups with lids.

If they don't want to store them in a fridge then you would have to put the syrup in sealed containers instead of those cups. You could check around and see is there is a place close buy that will fill them for you at a reasonable rate. They would be like there sauce containers for chicken fingers and such.

I would think the equipment to do syrup up in those would be cost prohibitive unless doing it on a very large scale. Try checking with packers (one suggestion would be a place called Nelson Farms in Nelson, NY) They might have that equipment I think and they pack for private label, in many different food items. They are affiliated some way with Morrisville Ag and Tech college in Morrisville, NY. I am sure there are others who also provide such a service. You also might read the containers from BK or McD to see who packed them, they might not be a dedicated packer just for those places.

There is somekind of home packaging system that uses heat sealed tubes instead of containers also and you can also buy cheap plastic containers with screw on tops. They are called Benito containers.
