This is an excellent source for anyone just starting out or wanting to learn more about maple from A-Z.

Check this site to purchase the manual. It is put out by Ohio University.

Well worth the price.

Mapleman,
Got a hard copy and also have it in my "Favorites".
Use it alot as a reference guide.
As a matter of fact, used it yesterday.

love it...if your just starting out on the back yard cement block and roasting pan rig it can be a little overwelming. but it has asnwered alot of questions for me.
