The neighbor that I had said, tapped, gathered in about 800 gal of sap off of about 1000 taps. It is making medium amber syrup, but with an excellent flavor. As for us we are watching the weather and may tap about 1600 on mon or tues, just to get some in and try the new RO. Happy sugarin to everyone.
