does anybody have pic,s of a filter press plate?? ya,i,am curious again and i,ve never seen the innards to a filter press.. :lol:

looks like a mini waffel iron. I sat and wonderd how the heck do they work and then SHAZAM I saw the little holes right in the corner. That explained why the orientation tabs need to be all in a line:emb: Like my evap it didnt come with instructions:mad:

I have a wine filter works the same way as the syrup filter just made out of plastic. I guestioned it untill I tried it and would never go back to another way of filtering wine. I can see for syrup it being the cats meow also once you got the hang of it.

D&G have thicker cake plates than the rest of the presses I have seen so it should give it more filtering capacity.
