Any ideas on what might be better, a narrow arch or a wider one? My SS pans are 13 x 21. Any input would be appreciated.

How deep? as in arch length. what is the total width and length of the pans put together.

I would go wider 13 inches is quite narrow.

Side to side would be 39" and end to end 63". I'm just thinking about draft, my idea all along was to put them side by side. Thanks for your input.

Personally I would have it wider with the 21 inch side facing the front and the 13 along the side. Would give you an odd size arch 21 by 39+12for the stack. Basically a 2x4. I am thinking you would be better off this way as you would have a wider firebox for more wood rather than a narrow one. More wood = more heat.
