I have just made a couple of ABS storage tubes for the membranes in my Airablo RO. Now that I have them out and the heavy stainless pressure vessels off the rig it is pretty easy to move around so the whole thing came in for the winter.

The manual that came with this thing is terrible.

There are no instructions to remove the membranes. But the factory will happily accept them back for factory cleaning.

So the real question is, how do you bleed these things when we want to get running in March? The stainless pressure vessels go on from the top, so any air inside will get trapped at the top, I think. There are a couple of plastic looking plugs at the top of each vessel. Anyone know what they are for ?

Brent, I've got an Airablo with an 8"x40" membrene. I never have thought about air getting trapped, and it's never been a problem.
