Labeling grade on glass containers

Are we required to label a grade on glass containers that we sell? I know we have to label the plastic jugs. Just wondering?

As far as I know from the VT state inspector is that the labels on any container still require the same information, which is grade, name, address, and volume, and I think the phone number is optional. But the laws may very from state to state.

Any type of container need all the info if you are selling it. If you give a quart to your neighbor you don't have to. You may want to buy a hang tag for your glass.
