Do you mean one of the glass (pyrex) milk releasers?

Is it a bender releaser?

If it is a bender like the one I used for years it can handle about 250 to 300 taps max. The line from the vac pump goes to the top of the releaser. The mainline coming in from the woods goes to the inlet on the side near the top. The bottom of the releaser needs a 1" check valve or larger.
It is also best to put a check valve on the mainline coming in so that when the releaser releases you don't lose vacuum into the woods while it is dumping.
Also the dairy set ups don't use high vacuum. So if you increase the amount of vacuum that the releaser was designed for then you need to add weight to the float. I did this by using heavy washers until it worked smoothly

I think 15" it will probably work ok with out adding any weight to the float. Best thing is to try it with the line in set up from a water tank to see if it will cycle through ok. Then ajust the float weight if it gets hung up.
