Just a couple of 2x's nailed together and a cheap come-along.

Help's keeps the logs clean for the bandsaw.

Clever. I like it.

I've been trying to rig something up like that for my tractor (Int'l 400), but I haven't been successful, yet.

Here's another view of it. Since it was a wood body, I just cut a hole with a chainsaw and hooked a chain around a frame cross-member to attach the come-along to.
