Hi guys I am just wondering if anyone knows if you need a lisence to sell maple syrup in MA.

Either "No", or I've been breaking the law. But I'm almost certain it's "No".

to the best that i know and i run a slaughter house to you do not need a permit to sell maple syrup.

There is a push to make it a requirement to obtain a permit from the Feds but it is still in the progress and is tied to the % of syrup you sell retail and wholesale
