I HAVE A SUGEBUSH WITH TUBING IN MOST OF IT. I WANT TO ADD TAPS THAT ARE NOT TAPPED YET BUT HAVE MAINS RUNING RIGHT BY THEM. I WAS PLANNING ON GOING CHEAP AND USING THE MANY BUCKETS I ALREADY HAVE AND USING A HOSE TO PUMP THEM OUT INTO MY MAINS. I AM LOOKING FOR A HOSE THAT WON'T KINK OR LEAVE A FUNNY TASTE LIKE GARDEN HOSE. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Why not go with the saddle fittings for you mainlines and just hook lateral lines from the tree(s) to the mainlines??

THE REASON I DON'T WANT TO RUN LATERALS IS I LEASE THE WOODS BUT MY PRODUCTION IS SOOOOOO LOW I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE A WOODS ABOUT 30 MILES AWAY WHERE MAPLE PRODUCERS DO REALLY GOOD SO I DON'T WANT TO PUT UP A BUNCH OF NEW TUBING ONLY TO TAKE IT DOWN IN A YEAR OR TWO.

You can get the nylon braided vinyl tubing from Lowes, Home Depot or order it direct from US Plastics. I like it a lot and it is not too expensive and easy to handle and won't normally kink. It is NSF and won't leave any off flavors at all as it is designed for food. :D It comes in sizes from 1/4" all the way up to 2"! :D
