Breif overveiw: 9:00-3:30 Trade Show Open
10:00 - 12:00 morning concurrent sessions
12:00 - 1:15 trade show and lunch (pancake and sausage prepared by the Pioneer FFA) :twisted:
2:10 - 3:30 afternoon concurrent sessions

If the weather is good I'll try to make it, but it looks like we're going to get some snow this weekend. Don't know how much, but Arcade gets alot of lake effect snow, we'll see. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I was all set to bring my 14 month old out and introduce him but the weather is a big :?: and my wife is not real happy about us traveling in the snow.

Sorry Rick,
But I won't make this one. Too many things going on this weekend. I forgot to post, but yesterday (Thursday 1/20/05) there was a workshop via video conference at Jamestown Community College (Dunkirk, Olean & Jamestown Campus), on syrup regulations. Steve Childs & a guy from the Buffalo area Dept Of Ag & Markets gave the presentations. I wish I could have made that workshop, but they were charging $35.00 per person for a two hour talk!! That type of information should be free!! $ 35.00 is CRAZY!! Did anyone attend last night?
