Don't know if anybody has seen this but there is a complete setup with evaporator tanks and taps on ebay just type in the keywords maple syrup evaporator and it will come up.

That reminds me... it's probably about time to start stalking the classifieds for an evaporator, whether I can afford one or not. I liken it to flipping through the Sears Wish Book at Christmas time - tons o' stuff I'm never gonna get, but is fun just to look at and wish.
