Heritage Day

I have a Heritage Day coming up. I know the farmers putting it on and they're expecting around 1,000 people to show up. I need to buy syrup because I've only got a few gallons left. From your experiance, about how much syrup can I expect to sell? I'm trying to get an idea how much syrup I should buy and bottle.
