it,s raining today so i had my youngest niece come over and help me make some maple cream.i started with two gallons of syrup.

We need a scratch and taste gizmo on here. I need to make some also but it will rather dark as that's all I have for syrup. They say not to use dark syrup but for myself who cares. She who must be obeyed eats anything so I am safe.
