I've been ask to participate in a Taste Of Michigan program at our county fair this August. I've gotten the State Assoc table display ordered for the week. And some flyer hand-outs ordered up also. What would be the best method to give samples of maple syrup and not violate health dept rules???? I've been using the little paper cups at the farmers market, with a couple of drops for folks to sample. Hint here 3 out of 4 who taste it buy. Thanks for your ideas

firetech; we use the plastic communion cups. we buy them 10,000 at a time and just have a garbage can close so they can throw them away after use.Price is very small like .01 each. Use a small squeeze bottle with syrup to place a small amount in the cup
Works for us!

Mix some wine with the maple syrup and you will really get people to buy then.
