Surge bb4

I was told this is a surge bb4 but i never seen one like this can somone tell me somthing about it that knows somthing about it, im thinking about buying it, im guessing the thing on the top must be the exhaust, this is probably a older one from the others i seen,

When u click to post a new thread or relpy for one scroll down and u will see a button that says manage attachments click that then either upload ur photos to like photobucket and get the url or click brows then u can get the photos from the computer on there if u dont wanna unload to photobucket
