I was pleased today, I sold some b grade to Bascoms this morning that I thought had an off flavor when I kegged it. Bruce tasted it a said" Tastes like a good B to me" color was good so maybe I was being to critical when I made it.

But thats the thing, I want it to taste the best when it's sold retail. want those repeat customers for sure.

2.50 a lb not the greatest but it still may come down so I figured why not today. I still have kegs of Med and dark for retail

They are getting $2:71 here for the good stuff. In US money that works out to what 49 cents a pound. I have not really heard what the price was lets say 2 or 3 years ago.

Yes but the maplealhollics meetings are all in french up here so I have to handle it on my own.
