Does anyone know how much a standard 3x12 cost would be i know it varries from dealer, but thow me out some numbers, if u guys have any idea

Well you left out alot. Low end now I'd say 11,000-12,000.
You have so many options like welded or lead free soldered(may not even be available any more),all stainless arch or galvanized sides, stainless stack or galv.,type of arch, preheater and hood, the length of the flue pan, raised or drop flue, type of syrup pan etc.
When I bought my 3X12 new the costy of a raised 3X12 was about the same as a 3X10 drop so I went with a raised flue.

I bought mine used from sugar bush near Lansing Michigan for $4900 in february of 08.

I payed $3500 for my new 3x10 raised flue but that was in 1989.

A friend payed $3,700 for a new Leader 2x4 Drop Flue last winter

I think the Force 5 is selling for around $17,000.
