I've retailed almost all of the 2009 syrup now (45 gallons), and I've been impressed with where customers are buying from this year. We had customers from Croatia, Japan, Mexico, Norway, and Germany, not to mention many US and Canadian customers. Sugaring as a "cottage industry" definitely gets international exposure, what countries are represented in your retail markets?

We sell pints and half pints at the shack and to our friends up until some time in May, then we split what's left and keep it for ourselves.

We need to have some maple slurp to put on our pancakes, of course.
