As soon as I figure out how to post a pic on here I will show the new shack addition. Any tips on posting JPEGS?

You can post jpegs either by setting up a photobucket or similar site account and linking it to your signature, or you can attach them here with your replys.

Just below this box that you reply in is another bow titled "Additional Options".
Click on "Manage Attachments" and post away!

Thanks - I'm really excited about it. I've admired WestVirginiaMapler's shack.....jealousy is more like it.... This sight is such a great resource for ideas. I hope someone can use the design if it helps.

Nice sap house but why did you make it so small? Do you really think 6,000 square feet will be big enough?

You're right. You can never make them big enough. I just ran out of money a long time ago.

Glad you admire my sugarhouse, but there isn't much to admire about it. It is just a retangular box and nothing finished on the inside. One good thing, I did make it plenty big with 24x48 of sugarhouse and the roof line being 58' long which gives me a 8x24 woodshed on the end. Outside is finished and nice wooden board fence around 1/2 of the property, so I am hoping to start work on the bed & bath room and kitchen inside now.

Also, ceiling is just over 10' high, can't have them too high in the sugarhouse and all the wood is 24" off the concrete so helps in washing down.
