surge alamo vac pump

Guys- I have a surge alamo vac pump with a 5.5 hp electric motor on it. Do any of you have an idea as to what the cfm rating would be. Thanks, Theron

My alamo has that size motor- its a model 70 and good for 30-35 cfm.

i Ran between 19-20 inches with mine with the oil reclamier workds pretty just the only bad thing is that i ran a gas engine with it, lot of raddling

CSS did you ever get the right filters for the reclaimer send a picture some day.

Pat- I have had good luck with my Alamo. It's got the original style oil reclaimer and I put on aftermarket oilers w/ a thumbscrew adjustment for better dependability. I run it at 18"with no overheating problems at all. I could probably get a bit more out of it, but I'd rather it lasted a while instead of burning up. Maybe I'll run more oil next year and push the limits on the old beast.........By the way, you get my award for enthusiasm- (BIGSAP!)

no i never did get the filters but the reclaimer worked awesome and ill send u that 100 i owe u soon just getting tubing cleaned and stuff ready sorry for the delay and i had to get the bottom of the relcamier welded it cracked half wasy though the season due to a gas engine on pump, im going to build a stand for it , that reclaimer kept the pump real cool

CSS send me your email again and ill send the pics of my beast I did put a support on mine. Did it crack the SS? Im suprised it didnt break the fitting first. I have one left that doesnt have the screws 95% complete if your looking for another. Its my last one so the price is $100.00+ shipping

it cracked near the inlet on the bottom on the stainles igot it tig welded the y guy did a good job and ill send u my email
