Folks -
I am going to upgrade my soldered pans on my Small Bros Lightning rig. I have been looking at Patrick Phaneuf, Leader Patriot and Lapierre USA. The arch requires raised flue sap pan, and I am looking for the best tig welded pans in terms of GPH. I am also considering investing in a steam-away unit.

Thoughts? I am quite impressed with Phaneuf's work.

Leader sells the max pans with 11.5 flues in raised flue pans if you are looking for max evaporation.

I get 45-50 gph with my 2x6 raised flue Patrick Phaneuf pans. I made my own arch (oil). I got a good price and happy with the pans so far.

If Algier was still in business I would recommend getting a set of those pans. I was getting evaporation rates in the mid 40's before I put a blower on.

Grade "A" do you have any pictures of your setup? I'm looking to order a new evaporator the end of this month so that I'll be ready for next year.

I do have some pics, it says they are to big to upload so I will try to figure out how to get them to you.

Here is a pic of Brent's evaporator.
