Bou-Matic Vacuum Pump?

What would be a good price for a Bou-Matic Rotary Vacuum pump?

There is an auction coming up near my place and they have a lot of milking stuff and one of them is a Bou-Matic 5hp Rotary Vacuum pump.

I haven't been able to find much info on them and I have no idea what I good price would be.

They also have a Majonnier Model 600VG 600 gal SS milk tank with compressor.

5hp is to large for your current size...its probably for give or take 5000taps, if the pump is good.
If the tank is woking(good compressor) it will likely fetch more than its worth to just hold sap 4-5 weeks a year.

yeah I kind of figured it would be kind of big but wasn't sure.
I still may have to go to see what they go for, you never know, I can always resell them.

Dennis H. That's what I was thinking! You may be able to get what you need by reselling them and buying your stuff with the profit. Jim L.
