this is my first year 8 taps almost a gallon. I've got the fever more taps next year!

I used a turkey fryer my first year, I could have bought syrup cheaper by the time I paid for the L.P.

You and me both, man. You and me both. I sold sap this year over paying for the propane I'd have needed to boil down 500 gallons of sap. I'd still have made enough to cover it, but there's no way i could have managed the up front cost. Got my eye on a nice sized wood fired evap for next year.

Hmmm. This is sounding a lot like what I said last year....
