I have trees along my driveway I would have a total of 16 taps over 1000 feet if I was to use the two head sap sucker I have, both heads on the same line would I have success? the total height I would be drawing would be about 6 feet up hill and 5/16 line.
Thanks

Is a sap sucker another word for a vacuum pump, or is it a specific one? Sorry I'm new:)

A sap sucker is a type of vacuum pump called a peristaltic pump it uses a soft hose and rollers to move the sap through the line sort of like squeezing the tooth paste through the tube but in a circle.

They are like the pumps that they pump blood with it wont contaminate the liquid because it squeezes the tubing and never touches the liquid. You do need the right tubing because it is what creates the suction. The one problem is you need full liquid in the line to keep the vacuum pulling on the sap. I have a surplus\ scrapyard find blood pump and there cool but I wonder about pulling that long of a draw of sap with air in the line.

I now know what a sap sucker is. Thanks. So with this type of pump do you not need a releaser?

You are correct with a sap sucker you don't need a releaser.
