I am considering adding a steam away or a steam pan. Can anyone give me any information on either? I have seen a steam away in action but not the steam pan. Is either one better than the other?

I am going to throw a wrench in the gearbox and recommend that you look at the PIGGYBACK by Lappeirre also

is there much difference in production between the steamaway and the piggyback?
