Just wanted to thank everyone, who has posted ideas out here and who have answered my rookie questions. My second year doing this and I love it. My 4 year old thinks it's very nice that the trees share their sap with us.
Didn't get as much sap as I thought I would, but I know I need to adjsut some of the things with tubing. Not sure how much syrup I got. It's stored in all types of containers, and I still need to bottle it.
