I have some serious interest from local vendors for my syrup. Is there any inspection process that I have to go through in NY to become "legit"? or certified? Just wondering as I would like to take the next step into marketing the product. Thanks
Chris

Chris:
There's currently no inspection requirements for NYS. However, you will need to clearly label all bottles with your name, address, phone number. You also need to have the weight listed somewhere. Such as pint, quart, gallon, ect. Organic standards are federal, and there is a qulifacation proccess for that. Hope this helps, can't hurt!!
