SAP is gushing... not sure when to stop this whole thing...!

If the sap is still gushing, keep boiling!

Things will probably slow down over the weekend as the night time temps won't make it enough below freezing. I'm thinking this will be about it for me.

Remember, buddy syrup still has a fairly good bulk price, I plan to keep going a few days buddy.

When you stop getting sap wait 1 more week just in case.
