Bottled up over 75 gallons so far. Looks good for the next few days.
evaorator working great on UVO. Cant comletely run on UVO , but at 6.5 gallons per hour we are only using 1.5 gallons of fuel oil.:D

Me too. I am burning 100% bio-fuel this year. I actually traded syrup for the oil. According to the plant that makes it, I will be carbon neutral by burning this as opposed to fossil fuels. Should be a selling point for some of my customers.

We are using UVO. Is your Bio Fuel a mixture of something you made or is this a fuel you can purchase?. We pre heat the UVO to 300 deg by the time it mixes with the fuel oil and the air from the gun were down to about 270 deg. I know the UVO flash point starts at 266 deg. One thing we have notice is the gun will sputter every so often. If we add more fuel oil it seems to settle out. Do you know how we can measure the BTU's? The UVO is less then the fuel oil but I dont know how much.
