Holy Sap!

I said I needed sap....................I got it.... 95 gallons yesterday from my sugar bush with 86 taps..... made two gallons..yesterday... long day

We have to be careful what we wish for sometimes. I am looking for some sap today but not a lot as it is cooler then yesterday.

got more today than yesterday here and the bucket are half full again at 7 o'clock.

I found and tapped a tree today that poured sap. When I drilled the hole sap was pouring around the bit. If I had a few more trees like that I could run a evaporator on it alone.
